So seeing Black Swan reminded me of my favorite...

I've never understood...
mollymurphy: How the move “Confusion” doesn’t cause confusion. I mean that would make sense right? According to this there is a 10% chance that it will but I’ve never seen it happen. I’ve only seen it with “Confuse Ray” and other moves. But I mean…”Confusion” doesn’t cause confusion? Way to go Pokemon creators, that makes no sense.
